Elections 2025
According to our Bylaws, UMAC will hold elections for the Board 2025-28 at the 25th Annual General Meeting. Voting will open 24-hours prior to the (online) AGM which will be held on 27th November (time TBC). This will ensure eligible voters from across all time zones will be able to participate. This will also allow the Election Chair and Vice-Chair the time to confirm that those casting their votes are current financial members of ICOM with UMAC specified as their Internation Committee of choice.
There will be no proxy votes. Instructions for participation will be updated well in advance.

Elections Calendar
1 July 2025 – Procedures and supporting documents have been made available in UMAC website.
10 July 2025 – Election Committee sends call for candidates.
24 October 2025 – Last day for nominations
UMAC Secretary sends the updated list of eligible candidates (UMAC voting members in good standing) to the Election Committee.
24-31 October 2025 – The Election Committee validates documents and eligibility of candidates.
1 November 2025 – The Election Committee announces the candidates.
10 November 2025 – UMAC Secretary sends the updated list of eligible voters (UMAC voting members in good standing) to the Election Committee.
November 2025 – Election date to be determined, to be held in November 2025 (after Nov. 10).
