25th Annual General Meeting

The 25th AGM will be held online via Zoom. Financial members, please check your email in-box, as the details have now been sent out*. Scheduled time: 10am Paris / 8pm Sydney. A link to the time-zone converter is included in the email. Ballot instructions have been sent separately to financial members from ICOM-UMAC via Balotilo<balotilo@email.balotilo.org>*. The event will be recorded for transcription purposes.

23rd Annual General Meeting

13 December 2023, 10 PM (Sydney, online)

The 23rd AGM was to be held at the Chau Chak Wing Museum, the University of Sydney, following the announcement of the 2023 UMAC Award winner on 1st September 2023. However, due to COVID striking most of the board members and a number of the UMAC members in attendance, by the Friday there were not enough members in attendance. It was rescheduled for December.

22nd Annual General Meeting

19 September 2022, 12 PM (London, Lisbon, Dublin)

The 22nd AGM will be held online via Zoom and broadcasted live via YouTube. Only UMAC members in good standing can enter the Zoom session and vote.

The link will be provided individually, closer to the date. Instructions to vote in the new Board Elections, which will happen during the AGM, will also be provided to members on Monday. There will be no proxy votes.

UMAC members in good standing are ICOM members who a) have selected UMAC as their first committee of choice AND b) have paid the 2022 annual fees.
